What if I typed the wrong address for shipment?
Please know that the address you type is the address your shipment will be sent to. If you need to make an address change, please contact us directly at candleandwaxco@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has not already been fulfilled, we can do our best to update!
How to add custom label to your candle purchase?
1. Select desired candle. - Click "Add to Cart." 2. Go to custom labels page - Choose the custom label option & add to cart. 3. **Checkout:** - Go to your cart and proceed to checkout. - During checkout you will find a note box or special instructions section. In the note box, type what you want to appear on your custom label. (ONLY 30 CHARACTERS ARE ALLOWED) - Complete your purchase. And you're done! (WILL SEND YOU A PROOF APPROVAL BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED)
